1
Do you offer online therapy anywhere in Virginia?
Yes. I’m licensed in Virginia and provide online therapy to adults throughout the entire state. Whether you’re in a major city like Richmond, Northern Virginia, or Virginia Beach; a college town like Charlottesville or Blacksburg; the mountains near Roanoke or Lynchburg; or a rural area in Southside Virginia or the Eastern Shore, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home
2
What concerns do you specialize in?
I specialize in OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, and major life stress. My work is rooted in evidence-based therapies like ERP, ACT, and CBT.
3
How does virtual therapy work?
We meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session, and you can join from your phone, tablet, or computer. Most clients find virtual sessions just as effective and more convenient than in-person therapy.
4
What can I expect in the first session?
Your first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change. We’ll talk through your history, current concerns, and goals. You do not need to have everything figured out beforehand, that’s what I’m here to help with.
5
How often do we meet, and for how long?
Sessions are typically once per week for 55 minutes. The length of therapy depends on your goals, the challenges you’re working through, and the approach we take together. We can adjust frequency and length of sessions throughout treatment to reflect your needs.
